JM Construction and Engineering was founded in 2000 as an industrial job shop to fabricate and install process equipment, process piping, and perform industrial maintenance. Since its inception, JMCE has grown into a full-service provider of high-quality engineering and design solutions, tailored to meet the unique needs of clients in the food processing, chemical, industrial construction, and material handling sectors. We leverage the latest drafting software technologies to create three-dimensional layouts, allowing for precise representation and visualization of processes in the virtual environment before they are manufactured or installed. This 3D modeling approach aids in early identification of design issues and streamlines the prototyping process, ensuring that clients receive results that align with their envisioned outcomes.

Located in the center of California’s central valley, our 20,000 sq. ft. Fabrication shop sits on 6 acres in Ballico, California, 15 miles south of Modesto. In Turlock California our manufacturing facility is a 40,000 sq. ft. on 10 acres.

JM Construction & Engineering is equipped with the latest Flow Mach 4c Series abrasive Waterjet, with a stream that travels 3x the speed of sound.

Waterjet Cutting is a versatile and precise manufacturing process. This method is ideal for intricate designs and delicate cuts, such as plastics, wood, and textiles. The Waterjet cutting process produces clean edges without generating heat, thereby reducing the risk of warping or altering the material properties. It is sustainable for both small-scale projects and large-scale industrial applications.

Laser Cutting is a highly accurate technique that employs focused laser beams to cut or engrave materials with exceptional precision. This method is effective for various metals. It offers a clean and polished finish, with minimal kerf width, allowing for intricate designs and tight tolerances.
